The Chambre Syndicale de l'Habillement de Marseille gathers five sections :

Thus, the CTUC, which is at its adherents service, represents all the sectors of the regional clothing trade and in particular :

• Craftsmen : the older section of the CSH, it remains the brand image of seam and knowledge to make.
• Trade : Marseille has always sensitised its city to exchange and trade relations. The tradesmen place stays an important image in Marseille.
• Creators : Branch spearhead as regards of communication, young creators fabric is fertile, it is future of our branch.
• Have-workers : Historical section of Marseille landscape, this section is composed by companies which manufactures, with way, articles for large regional or national clients.
• Industry : this section gathers Trade Marks which conceive, make and distribute their collections and productions in France and abroad.

Role :

The Chambre Syndicale makes an effort to bring answers and to direct as well as possible its adherents to answer in a personal or collective way to they needs, but also :

• Representing the whole profession on a territory more widered and assuring its image promotion, on the one hand by an effective participation to the different demonstrations with economical and political vocation and on the oder hand by the organisation of regular demonstrations on the initiative of the CSH itself.
• Building a base data and enriching it to feed the synergies between our different nationals.
• Setting up projects of scale linked to the profession, to the employment, to the qualifications ensuring itself of local, regional and national partnerships.
• Becoming a real center resources in our fields of competences (juridical, economical, export)
• To pick up all information useful near the institutions and the authorities, in order to defend the interests of the profession.

Main objects :
TO BE A VECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT IN ECONOMY AND IN MEDIA FOR OUR PROFESSION IN OUR AREA: PACA.

Means :
The Chambre Syndicale de l'Habillement is present within many institutions such as: Chambre de Commerce et de l'Industrie, Chambre des Métiers, Sociam, UP13, Union Patronale Artisanale, Tribunal de Commerce, Tribunal des Prud'hommes, CGPME, Prêt à Porter Féminin, Prêt à Porter Masculin, Fédération Nationale de l'Habillement, UNACAC…
Moreover, its structure is consolidated by the presence of permanents with added value.

Why to subscribe to an Employers' federation ?

• To belong to a structure which allows to gather everyone, to exchange experiments and ideas, to forge friendships so that you can break the insulation in which the craftsman usually works.
• To take part in collective actions of promotion in order to touch potential customers which need our products but which sometimes does not know us.
• To be advised and supported when you encounter tax, administrative problems, or others related to the work rights when you are an employer.
• To be helped when you encounter difficulties in your relationships with your customers.
• To have access more easily to the progress formation that you can benefit.
• The Chambre Syndicale de l'Habillement can help you to take part in the local processions organized in the area, in fairs and exposures which are held in your city, to national processions...
• The Chambre Syndicale de l’Habillement holds you informed regularly about improvement training courses which you can assist. These training courses are financed by the Funds of Insurance National Formation of the Services and jobs Sector. When its members wish it, it can ask that these training courses are organized in your department.

How to subscribe to the Chambre Syndicale de l'Hbillement Marseille ?

To become adherent, you have to send us back the downloadable form below, with the subscription corresponding to your activity :

"Craftsmen" Section : President Mrs Edith GARSON

Subscription : 80€ not subjected to the VAT

"Trade" Section : President Mr MANOUKIAN

Store not occupying staff : 183€ a year
Store occupying 1 to 2 employees : 229€ a year
Store occupying 3 to 5 employees : 305€ a year
Store occupying 6 to 10 employees : 443€ a year
Store occupying 11 to 15 employees : 595€ a year
Store occupying 16 to 20 employees : 808€ a year
Store occupying more than 20 emplyees : 808€ + 25€ by employee.

Important : So that the contract of legal insurance protection covers each stores of your society, you must pour an addition annual contribution, the sum of 77 € per additional store.

"Industry" Section : President Mr ADRIEN

Subscription: 1.3 per thousand of the turnover except tax of the last published balance-sheet (with a minimum of 230€ and a maximum of 7000€).

"Creators" Section : President Mr STAMATI

Subscription : 80€ not subjected to the VAT

"Home-Workers" Section :

President's letter

Gathering is the Master word of our Chambre Syndicale,

We made an effort to gather in our centre the differents trade unions of the textil branch in our region, many years ago. Today, we joined together the industrialists, the tradesmen of clothing, the seam artisanal and young creators.
Our ambition is not to stop our efforts.

Indeed, the textil branch is at the base of a real economical stake for the PACA region. The TGV connecting Lyon (basin with strong textil tradition) to Marseille in less than 3 hours, schools with permanent qualifications in clothing, care of creativity and qualified labour, the work made by the Mediteraneum Fashion Institute, at which we collaborate , giving the possibily to find locals and grounds in our industrial parks, all these elements are undeniable assets of development.

Taking again on our account the well-known proverb: “unity is strength”, we ask to those which didn’t do it yet, to join us.
